Returns

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Item must be returned in original condition.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted on NON-custom items.
Buyer pays return and reshipment costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Shipping carrier: USPS
Tracking is included on all orders.

Damaged Items
